'Til Eternity
by: Paul Bortolazzo
Publisher: Bortolazzo Publishing Published: 2011-02-14 ASIN: B004NSV4BO
Read reviews >> |
|
| | More details | Til Eternity: This book scripturally defines the events coming before, during, and after Christ's second coming. Highlighted within these seventy events is the resurrection at the coming of the Son of Man, the physical return of the Messiah, the appearing of the Word of God, and the descent of the Lamb of God. What is each event? Who is involved? Where will it happen? When will it happen? Why will it happen? There is no greater warning than grasping the eternal consequences of His coming.
LAST SEVENTY EVENTS 'TIL ETERNITY
In this late hour, the love for the world is at an all time high. False teachers are turning many Christians away from the truth. Church leaders are refusing to judge between the righteous and the wicked; between those serving God and those who aren't. Such compromise will usher in the greatest persecution believers will ever experience. The only way to overcome will be through obedience to the Holy Spirit (Rev. 3:21-22).
'Til Eternity highlights the events coming before, during, and after the Second Coming of Christ. We will begin with the next event on God's end time calendar.
After studying the last seventy events in order you will discover:
â—Ź What events will warn His Coming is near?
â—Ź Who are the teachers deceiving so many?
â—Ź Where will His Coming end?
â—Ź When will the Great Tribulation be shortened?
â—Ź Why will the Beast overcome so many saints?
Whoever is a friend of the world is an enemy of God (Jam. 4:4). This is why the world will be worshipping the Beast when the Lord gathers His elect (2 Thes. 2:1-4). Instead of yielding to the enemy, let us overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony, even if it costs us our lives (Rev. 12:11). |

2012, the Bible, and the End of the World
by: Mark Hitchcock
Publisher: Harvest House Publishers Published: 2009-09-15 ASIN: 0736926518
Read reviews >> |
|
| | More details | In 2012, the Bible, and the End of the World, bestselling prophecy expert Mark Hitchcock explores a fascinating last-days controversy that is gaining the attention of millions all over the globe. What should Christians make of the rapidly spreading speculations that the world will end on December 21, 2012? The ancient Mayans were expert astronomers and their advanced calendar cycles predict 12/21/2012 as a catastrophic day of apocalypse. This prophecy has spawned a growing number of fringe-element books, Web sites, and even a major movie—complete with all-star cast—scheduled to release in July 2009. Missing in the furor is a biblical perspective. Bible teacher Mark Hitchcock—whose books have sold more than 300,000 copies—examines the following questions: -
Why December 21, 2012? -
Can we trust the Mayan alarm clock? -
Does the Bible say anything about 2012 -
What signs will tell us that Armageddon is near? This book provides a fascinating survey of both the historical past and the prophetic future. Readers will discover how to effectively counter baseless speculation with biblical fact.

A Metaphysical Interpretation of the Bible

| | More details | | What a wonderful adventure! Imagine you were born in a vast, dimly lit cave, where everything, including the people, appears to be a dull gray. All you can see are shadows and darkness. As you grow up, you find that your life is strongly regulated by the "Book of Rules", an ancient edict that controls even your most secret thoughts. You also learn that, somewhere in the cave, there is a crack in its walls that emanates a strange light. It is a forbidden place, guarded by ferocious animals, so that no one can truly inspect this anomaly. Later in life, your curiosity and your silent wish for a better environment finally throw you into action. Somehow, you manage to get past the vicious guards, and to avoid death, you dive headlong into the strange brightness. When your eyes finally adjust, you discover a new world, full of colors, sounds and fragrances, and you vow never to return to darkness. That, dear reader, is in essence what this book did for me. I will not offer disparaging words about the religion into which I was born and raised, but I will praise the effects of Eastern philosophy and the wisdom of metaphysics. As you will read for yourselves, these two belief systems have extracted the unmitigated divine Truth from the metaphors found in the greatest book ever published. Having lived most of my adult life in the shadows of conditioned dogmas, I found at last that doorway in the cave's wall. I discovered the beauty of God's nature and the passive gullibility of humankind. Last but not least, I received the long awaited explanation to the unanswered questions that troubled my formative years. Thus, it is in all sincerity that I highly recommend the reading of this remarkable book. Hopefully, it will reach your mind, your heart and your soul. My six years as editor for Dr. Hairfield's works have been filled with spiritual peace and enlightenment. May the contents of this book transport you to the same level. A Woman Rides the Beast: The Roman Catholic Church and the Last Days
by: Dave Hunt

|
| | More details | Are you missing half the story about the last days? Virtually all attention these days is focused on the coming Antichrist—but he is only half the story. Many people are amazed to discover in Revelation 17 that there is also another mysterious character at the heart of prophecy—a woman who rides the beast. Who is this woman? Tradition says she is connected with the church of Rome. But isn’t such a view outdated? After all, today’s Vatican is eager to join hands with Protestants worldwide. “The Catholic church has changed” is what we hear. Or has it? In A Woman Rides the Beast, prophecy expert Dave Hunt sifts through biblical truth and global events to present a well-defined portrait of the woman and her powerful place in the Antichrist’s future empire. Eight remarkable clues in Revelation 17 and 18 prove the woman’s identity beyond any reasonable doubt. A provocative account of what the Bible tells us is to come.

Abide in Christ [Illustrated]

|
| | More details | About This Edition of Abide in Christ: • Optimized for Kindle • Beautiful Illustrations - 11 original illustrations from the Gospel of John • Linked Table of Contents - Quick and easy navigation through the content by chapters
I pray earnestly that our gracious Lord may be pleased to bless this little book, to help those who seek to know Him fully. I pray still more earnestly that He would, by whatever means, make the multitudes of His dear children who are still living divided lives, to see how He claims them wholly for Himself, and how the wholehearted surrender to abide in Him alone brings the joy unspeakable and full of glory. --Andrew Murray
So many Christians, instead of accepting God's invitation to enter His throne room, stand alone outside the door, uncertain and ashamed. Christ beckons them to His banqueting table and offers them a room in His house, but they foolishly give up the glory of the life He has offered. They come to Jesus as Redeemer but never go beyond the doorway to abide in Him and experience the unspeakable joy of dwelling with the King of kings.
Andrew Murray knew what it meant to be continually in the Father's presence. Read these thirty-one heart-searching readings and learn how to live daily in closer communion and fellowship with Him. Accept God's invitation and live in His blessing and glory instead of shuffling your feet at the gate.
"Abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming." --1 John 2:28
About the Author Andrew Murray (May 9, 1828 – January 18, 1917) was a South African writer, teacher, and Christian pastor. He considered missions to be "the chief end of the church." Murray began writing on the Christian life for his congregation as an extension of his local pastoral work, but he became internationally known for his books, such as Abide in Christ. |

Apocalypse 2012-The Ticking of the End Time Clock
by: John Claeys
Publisher: Deep River Books Published: 2010-08-02 ASIN: B003Y74H1O
Read reviews >> |
|
| | More details | Could recently fulfilled Biblical prophecy and significant recent events indicate that the countdown to Revelation has begun? Author John Claeys (Th.M., Dallas Theological Seminary), a long-time student of Bible prophecy, has keenly watched developments in the Middle East line up to usher in God’s "day of the Lord," a special seven-year era immediately preceding Jesus’ return to establish God’s kingdom on the earth. As a result, Claeys felt compelled to present a clear, chronological presentation of near-future events described in the Bible in order to help people prepare for Christ’s return.
This book has been written in such a clear format, it could have been entitled, "Prophecy for Dummies," as those knowing little about the Bible will be able to clearly understand God’s plan for the future by reading its presentation. In addition, avid students of Bible prophecy will be amazed at the fascinating insights offered in this work. But be warned: exposure to this information could be life-changing, moving the reader to draw near to the One responsible for orchestrating the incredible events described in this book.
As one reviewer wrote, "Author John Claeys takes readers on a journey into the near future where they encounter the ultimate battle of good versus evil—of Satan’s king of the world overcoming the prophets of God, of war breaking out in heaven and of the armies of the earth banding together to launch an assault upon God’s King as He comes to the earth to claim His kingdom. . . [This book] is a careful exposition of Biblical passages describing a real, seven-year period leading to the return of Jesus Christ to the earth" (Dr. Earl Radmacher, theologian, author, general editor of the NKJV Study Bible).
The story opens with a brief period in which the world will believe it has achieved "peace and security," but then "sudden destruction" will occur setting off wars, God’s judgments and a very unique seven-year period which will lead to the return of Christ to establish God’s kingdom upon the earth. This is the first of many twists and turns in this true plot of the future. Surprises include the fate of two prophets who will powerfully serve God, another regarding the incredible and lightening ascent of Satan’s man from apparent obscurity in the Middle East. This will spiral into worldwide rule, war breaking out in heaven, 144,000 of God’s people fanning out across the globe to reach the nations in spite of Satan attempting to eliminate them and the nations of the earth squaring off to battle against Christ Himself at His return. But with all of the surprises and the adventure of this story, it is really about God accomplishing His kingdom plan, even through Satanic conflict and resistance—for the good of believers and for the good of the world. It is a story of triumph, hope and inspiration.
In the epilogue, the author answers the question regarding how soon this seven-year period may come upon the world. With solid reasoning and facts, Claeys begins by answering the objection that we cannot know when this era will appear. Then, as an attorney arguing his case, Claeys lays out the evidence which indicates this period may dawn sooner than we think.

Apollyon Rising 2012: The Lost Symbol Found and the Final Mystery of the Great Seal Revealed
by: Thomas Horn
Publisher: Defender Published: 2009-11-24 ASIN: 0982323565
Read reviews >> |
|
| | More details | | Best selling author Thomas Horn had been wrestling with certain images and enigmatic information for years having to do with the beliefs of an Occult Elite pertaining to the return of a pagan deity, which they believe will rule a final earthly empire. The Bible identifies this personality as the Antichrist. But now things were making sense to Thomas – world affairs, changes to U.S. domestic and foreign policy, a renewed focus on the Middle East, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Babylon – and he found it astonishing. The words, deeds, gestures and coded language of the world’s most powerful men were clearly pointing to an ancient, prophetic, cryptic and even terrifying reality. What even the best researchers of the Illuminati and veiled fraternities such as the Freemasons were never able to fully decipher is spelled out herein for the first time. The power at work behind global affairs and why current planetary powers are hurriedly aligning for a New Order from Chaos is exposed. Perhaps most incredibly, one learns how ancient prophets actually foresaw and forewarned of this time. Thomas believes this New World Order is very near. |

As America Has Done to Israel
by: John McTernan

|
| | More details | God s everlasting promise to bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel is still in effect today. Throughout its history, America has been in a unique position to bless the Jewish people, and has experienced many blessings as a result. In more recent years, however, America has failed to consistently stand by Israel and suffered dramatic disasters.
In this interesting and thorough book, McTernan traces the history of the Jewish people in America and how America s spectacular rise to power was tied to blessing the Jews. He examines America s integral role in fulfilling God s plan for the rebirth of the Jewish nation, and details the times when our nation defaulted on this call. Through a step-by-step analysis of political events, McTernan gives conclusive proof that God s judgment on those who curse Israel is still active. In every case where America has failed Israel, it has faced dramatic consequences within 24 hours. |

|
| | More details | | The end of the world is coming. From roadside signs to science fiction films, this slogan underscores our society's nervous fascination with the future. Whether it's a giant asteroid, a worldwide plague, or some other global catastrophe, the end of the world is a terrifying prospect-at least for those who have no idea what it will be like. For Christians, however, the end of the world should be anything but dreadful. In fact, it should be something we actually look forward to. Why? Because God has told us how the world will end. And He has assured us that the end of this age will mark the beginning of a new, glorious one in which we will serve and worship Him in sinless perfection. Our eternal hope, as believers, is intimately tied to the end of this world. All of this is laid out in the book of Revelation. Not only is Revelation the inspired Word of God, it is also the only New Testament book that includes a promised spiritual blessing for those who study and apply its message. As such, it is an essential part of every Christian's devotional life. Those who ignore Revelation deprive themselves of a rich treasure of divine truth, and the promised blessings that come from understanding that truth. Join John MacArthur as he explains the book of Revelation in a way that is both doctrinally precise and intensely practical. |

Can America Survive?: 10 Prophetic Signs That We Are the Terminal Generation
by: John Hagee
Publisher: Christian Large Print Published: 2011-06-17 ASIN: 1594153736
Read reviews >> |
|
| | More details | This new book by New York Times best-selling author and pastor, John Hagee, says the United States is heading into a "Perfect Storm." Titanic. John F. Kennedy's assassination. 9/11. John Hagee maintains that these American tragedies all have one element in common: they were unthinkable. And in the opening pages of his newest book, Can America Survive? Hagee uses these tragedies to prove two points: that the unthinkable can happen and, given the right conditions, the unthinkable can quickly become the inevitable. In Can America Survive? Hagee asserts that the seeds for tragedy are once again being sown, evidenced by the disturbing economic, geopolitical, and religious trends that now threaten to dismantle the very nation itself. "Think it can't happen?" Hagee asks in a theme repeated throughout the book. "Think again." Indeed, Hagee presents alarming examples of recent events, current research, scientific evidence, and biblical prophecy that are gathering to create a "perfect storm" that could bring down the "unsinkable" United States of America including: The U.S.'s negligent handling of Israel, and history's evidence of the danger to any nation that challenges Israel's God-mandated right to exist The dangerous belittling of Iran's nuclear threat by careless spy agencies--and the super-weapon that could stop the U.S. in its tracks instantly The chilling biblical prophecy that confirms Iran as one of six countries that will form an Islamic military force "as a cloud to cover the land" The real $2.5 trillion price tag of healthcare reform, the international currency shifts, and the national economic trends that are poised to bring about the death of the American dollar The criminalization of Christianity around the world; Can America Survive? is not just a warning. It is a wake-up call and a rallying cry to Christian citizens everywhere to prevent the next unthinkable American disaster. After all, as Hagee points out, "those who do not remember the mistakes of the past are doomed to repeat them in the future." Think it can't happen? Think again. |

| | More details | About This Charles Spurgeon Collection: • Optimized for Kindle • Active Table of Contents - Quick and easy navigation to each book and chapters • Charles Spurgeon Biography - The man behind the book
This collection includes 6 books by Charles Spurgeon: 1. All of Grace All of Grace is a simple and eloquent presentation of basic salvation through grace alone. Spurgeon wants readers only to consume his work and ponder it, he asks nothing in return because he believes in the power of God to bring unbelievers to Him. Spurgeon brings the gospel to his readers with pointed illustrations, well-placed anecdotes, irrefutable arguments, heart-felt pleas, and above all else the plainly-spoken and rightly-applied word of God. This short and easy read is both a perfect introduction to salvation and an assurance of it for unbelievers and the saved alike.
2. An All Round Ministry While Spurgeon is always, both stimulating and challenging, the context in which these addresses were given brought the best out of him and gave them unique quality. Full of biblical exposition, wise counsel, practical sanity and warm exhortation, they also sparkle with a delightful wit. Here is Spurgeon at his finest as a man with a pastoral heart par excellence.
3. Commenting and Commentaries Spurgeon's classic lecture series, together with his complete annotated catalogue of commentaries. Spurgeon's pithy remarks on the relative merits of various commentaries are both witty and instructive. This is a delight to read, as well as a valuable tool for Bible teachers seeking the most helpful resources.
4. Eccentric Preachers A quaint collection of lectures about great preachers with unusual characteristics. Spurgeon said he wrote it in "self-defense."
5. Morning and Evening: Daily Reading Organized by month, this devotional has a morning and evening meditation for every day of the year. Although these devotions are short in length, they are filled with spiritual goodness. In just a few sentences, Spurgeon is able to convey the wisdom of Scripture with eloquence and purpose. These daily messages provide Christians with the spiritual energy they need to begin and end each day. Spurgeon weaves a verse of Scripture into each devotion, helping readers draw deeper meaning out of the selected passages. This powerful devotional provides Christians with the spiritual nourishment required to strengthen their relationships with God. Readers will find themselves inspired by Morning and Evening: Daily Readings.
6. Til He Come The father of the modern "mega-church," Spurgeon is most famous for his pastorship at London's Metropolitan Tabernacle, where he regularly preached to huge crowds. Till He Come is a collection of addresses centered on the Lord's Supper. Some were preached to the congregation at Metropolitan, while others were spoken to small groups of Christians Spurgeon hosted on Sundays to celebrate communion. The collection addresses a diverse range of scriptures, but all stick to the common theme of Jesus' symbolic last meal. It will prove helpful to anyone looking for further insight on this interdenominational practice and will encourage believers to "do this in remembrance of me."
About the Author Charles Haddon (C.H.) Spurgeon (June 19, 1834 – January 31, 1892) was a British Baptist preacher, still known as the "Prince of Preachers". In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to around 10,000,000 people, often up to 10 times a week at different places. His sermons have been translated into many languages. Spurgeon was the pastor of the New Park Street Chapel in London for 38 years. He was part of several controversies with the Baptist Union of Great Britain, and later had to leave that denomination. Throughout his life, Spurgeon suffered from depression and other mental illnesses. In 1857, he started a charity organization called Spurgeon's which now works globally. He also founded Spurgeon's College, which was named after him after his death.-Wikipedia |

God is assembling the cast of characters and making preparations for the final scene—a scene so powerfully dramatic that nothing could possibly compare.
